We aim to present information that is accurate at the time of writing and proportionate to the evidence we hold. Where we rely on operator statements, licence registers, or third-party reports, we distinguish between verified structured facts and estimated or provisional fields in our database. We correct material errors when identified.

Commercial relationships (including affiliate partnerships) do not change our requirement to apply the same scoring rules, data model, and editorial criteria documented on this site. Marketing copy from operators is never treated as proof on its own; claims are checked against sources, licence data, and observable behaviour where possible.

Where we may earn a commission or referral fee, we disclose that relationship in context (for example near outbound links or in footnotes on relevant pages), in line with applicable advertising and consumer rules. Trust Radar axes reflect structured editorial judgement against defined dimensions (payouts, fairness signals, stability, complaints, KYC friction). Trust Score and Confidence are derived using the published formulas. Editors do not “hand-pick” a final number outside that system; they are responsible for accurate data entry, fair axis scoring, and up-to-date facts.

Material changes — licence status, ownership, payment disruptions, regulatory actions, or major terms changes — should trigger a review and, when appropriate, an updated verification timestamp. Minor typographical fixes may not warrant a full rescoring pass but will be logged where we maintain internal change history.

Where we allow player reviews or comments, submissions are moderated. We may remove or reject content that is abusive, fraudulent, clearly off-topic, or that exposes personal data. Approval of user content does not imply endorsement of factual claims in that content.

Gambling carries risk. We provide information to help adults make informed choices; we do not target minors. We link to responsible gambling resources where appropriate and encourage readers to use operator tools (limits, self-exclusion, reality checks) and local help organisations.

Availability of operators varies by jurisdiction. We surface geo restrictions and blocked status where our data supports it. Readers remain responsible for complying with the law in their location.

If we use assisted drafting or data extraction tools, human editors remain accountable for what we publish. Automated outputs are reviewed before publication and must align with this policy and our factual model.
