Deposits go through quickly, the gameplay is seamless, and the platform has a solid range of popular games with an easy-to-use interface. I won a significant amount, but then they took all my money.
Deposits were smooth (~€3,000). My passport was approved, but my selfie was rejected multiple times, causing KYC to drag on. I was even urged to keep playing to 'speed up' the verification process. I reached €21,834 but could never finish KYC or withdraw my funds. Eventually, my account was blocked and closed, with the reason given as 'multi-accounting' based on 'technical evidence'. I only used one account, my real identity, one device, and didn't take any bonuses. They never provided any solid evidence.
