The withdrawal times are excessively long. I've seen comments indicating that processing shouldn't take this long. It's tough for gamblers to endure 2 or 3 days waiting for their withdrawals. Often, they end up reversing the transaction and losing their money. There's no reason for a 48-hour processing time; it feels like a deliberate delay for business advantage. While deposits are instant, withdrawals take days. A 24-hour wait is reasonable, but 48 hours is excessive, especially with document verification involved. Address this issue, and I would rate 21casino with 10 stars!
