I recently opened an account with them and, regrettably, didn't check the reviews beforehand. I was excited to deposit 25 euros to try out the Novomatic slots that are rarely available at casinos for UK players. I launched Captain Venture and hit spin, only to be met with an error message saying "error connection to server lost." After reconnecting, I encountered the same issue. I tried several other slots from different providers, but most wouldn't load, and some also displayed a connection error. Now, Iβm left with 25 euros on a site where I canβt do anything. Iβve emailed support asking for a refund (which I doubt will happen) and requested to close my account and delete my information from their system. It's shocking that sites like this can operate. They clearly donβt support players based in the UK but are more than willing to take their details and money. I'm really concerned about who has access to my personal information and credit card details now...
