I recently opened an account with them and, regrettably, didn't check the reviews beforehand. I was excited to deposit 25 euros to try out the Novomatic slots that are rarely available at casinos for UK players. I launched Captain Venture and hit spin, only to be met with an error message saying "error connection to server lost." After reconnecting, I encountered the same issue. I tried several other slots from different providers, but most wouldn't load, and some also displayed a connection error. Now, I’m left with 25 euros on a site where I can’t do anything. I’ve emailed support asking for a refund (which I doubt will happen) and requested to close my account and delete my information from their system. It's shocking that sites like this can operate. They clearly don’t support players based in the UK but are more than willing to take their details and money. I'm really concerned about who has access to my personal information and credit card details now...

I like the idea of them disappearing from the internet.
I was misled and outright lied to by their support before I made a deposit to claim the welcome bonus. They assured me that I could wager my bonus on both Amatic and Novomatic slots. However, after I deposited, those games were unavailable, and the ones that were accessible were impossible to wager on. That's how I ended up losing around 300 EUR. I have original transcripts of my conversations with support in my email for every claim I made. This is unacceptable. Their support operates like robots. To make matters worse, the day after I reached out again, a different representative told me the opposite: that Novomatic games were not available to me :) AVOID THIS CASINO.

Some time ago, probably earlier this year or late last year, a friend sent me a link to this casino with an unattractive free 5 EUR no-deposit offer. I thought, why not? Free money is still money, right? So, I registered to claim the offer. The registration went smoothly, and I validated my email and completed my profile, but the free 5 EUR bonus never appeared. I checked my account for any unactivated bonuses, but found nothing. It was just another casino that promised something for free but didn't deliver after registration. I couldn't get any help from the Live Chat or Customer Support via email; I received no replies or clarifications. In hindsight, I'm glad I didn't deposit money that day. Months later, I learned that 77Jackpot Casino had been blacklisted for using fake games, and other reviews confirmed this. What a lucky break for me, saving me from losing my money. I've always believed that if something goes wrong the first time, there's likely something off about it, and this proves my point! This isn't the first time I've encountered such issues, but it has happened quite a few times already.
If this casino hadn't been blacklisted, I would have plenty to complain about: terrible Customer Support, poor Live Chat service, indifference from the casino, and missing important terms in their T&C. Now that it's blacklisted, I have no need to complain. I'll just learn from it and move on.
