I've been playing at 21 Dukes for two years, and it has significantly improved. The payouts are much quicker than they were two years ago, and the slots are updated more frequently.

I'm really frustrated because I've been waiting two weeks for my $750 winnings. At first, it was denied due to my bank statement. I sent that in, but then five days later it was denied again because they claimed I needed to provide ID, which I had already uploaded to the site. Now I have to wait yet another week, and I've asked if there's anything else required since I've been approved. I could really use my $750 winnings right now.

I really enjoy the bonuses and the variety of games available. The chat support is usually quick to respond, and I have a great time playing here. The daily bonuses are a nice touch, and on deposit days, you get to open four chests.
Even if your account is fully verified, as soon as you attempt to cash out, they suddenly require more documents. The previous ones aren't cleared, making it impossible to proceed. Responding to emails doesn't help either. After five days of uploading and getting confirmation that my account is verified, my cash out gets cancelled again, claiming I need to provide additional information that's already submitted (like a copy of my credit card). All I want is my $1500 so I can close this account.
