I discovered this casino because it's a sister site to the one I play at daily. They share many of the same great features. I enjoy playing here, and I also play at the other site sometimes. Deposits and withdrawals are straightforward, and there are hundreds of games available. I've never had issues with payouts.
I have the same issue here as with the sister casino. As a Canadian, I often find that the chat support isn't available when I want to play, leaving me without answers to my questions.

Absolutely nothing. This casino is a scam. They refuse to pay out winnings to players. I'm shocked it hasn't been blacklisted yet. The website is also a complete disaster. By the way, take a look at those fake reviews here.
They don't process withdrawals. I received my first withdrawal, but my second one has been stuck in pending for 5 weeks, and they completely ignore complaints because they simply don't care. I've reached out to live chat five times and sent three emails. They don't respond to emails, and the live chat gives the same answer every time. I've only received 850 euros, and then they just vanished. The website is down, and I can't access it at all. It feels like a scam, and I worry they might have taken people's money. I hope I'm wrong. There's not much I can say that I like. The random games are okay. The website looks nice, at least. For slot enthusiasts, there are some appealing slots, but I haven't come across any jackpot slots.
The customer support is lacking, and their attitude towards players is disappointing. They have also failed to uphold responsible gambling practices and refuse to take any responsibility. The wagering requirement for the bonus is x75 the bonus amount, which I honestly find to be quite high. I've received a no deposit bonus a few times, but the wagering was difficult to meet.
