How can this casino be listed as closed when they are clearly still operating? They are extremely irresponsible and show no concern for their customers. I've reached out multiple times about my gambling issues and expressed my desire to permanently close my account, but all they do is acknowledge my requests without taking any real action. Their customer support is terrible and they simply don't care.

I joined 12bet casino earlier this month after seeing it listed. I recognized it as a sister site to Jenningsbet and a few others I’ve played at, so I felt confident in my choice since I had no prior negative experiences. They utilize software from Nextgen, Microgaming, and others, and I noticed that a live casino will be available soon. They offer a welcome package with 100% match bonuses on the first three deposits, each with lower wagering requirements than the last. However, I found the wagering requirements steep, especially the first bonus, which required a 30x rollover of the deposit plus bonus. I registered and made a €30 deposit via Skrill. I played a few hands of blackjack with €1 bets on two seats. Initially, I increased my balance by a few euros, but then I lost six hands in a row. With around €20 left, I switched to slots. I chose to play Immortal Romance, my current favorite game. I started with €0.30 bets and had a couple of 20x wins, but my balance continued to drop. I even triggered the Wild Desire feature, but it only paid 10x. When my balance fell below €10, I triggered free spins and, surprisingly, retriggered them twice, which is rare for me. Unfortunately, most spins paid small, and I ended up with 90x my bet. After that, I increased my bets to €0.60 in hopes of a big win. My balance fluctuated, and I had a free spins round that paid 30x, but I continued to lose until I hit a five-of-a-kind Amber win. I played for about an hour but ultimately lost. Overall, I enjoyed my time at 12bet casino and would recommend it. The game selection was good but could use some improvement, as could the bonus options. I experienced no technical issues and didn’t need to contact support. It’s a decent casino, in my opinion.

The customer service here is absolutely terrible. The representatives and managers were unhelpful, slow, and seemed eager to end the live chat with me. I simply asked for a free bonus or something to play with, and it felt like I had done something wrong. They even suspended my account after misunderstanding my request. My experience was awful, and I would not recommend this place at all.
