The support team is friendly and responsive as long as you are an active player and make deposits. They quickly reply to emails and in live chat.
When it comes to obtaining a refund, they require you to submit a lengthy letter for your request. Despite being in the right and receiving a settlement agreement that I had to sign to get my money, I never heard back from them afterward. My emails have gone unanswered for six months since my request. They lead you on with the settlement agreement but fail to issue the refund and then stop replying.

The withdrawal process is problematic. I submitted a request in LTC and was notified that funds would be transferred within seconds if successful. However, I later received an email confirming my request, but the withdrawal status was frozen for 12 hours with a cancellation option. It then changed to 'aggregator status cancelled.' I reached out via live chat for clarification, but received no satisfactory explanation. For three days now, I've been contacting support daily without any resolution.

This company, based in Curaçao, is highly untrustworthy. They withhold customers' winnings and provide various absurd excuses for not processing payouts. I've been waiting since June 24th, and the customer support chat is filled with lies. They've also restricted my betting on football and basketball, indicating they don't support winners. It's best to invest your money and trust elsewhere. Fortunately, the National Ordinance on Offshore Games of Hazard in Curaçao is assisting me. Unfortunately, I can't file a complaint here, or I would.
